Frequently Asked Questions

Fulfillment Process

Our fulfillment operations take place within our in-studio hours, Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 2 PM EST, excluding weekends and major holidays. All custom orders have a processing time of two weeks, during which Antea hand-letters and/or engraves each item, meticulously processes, and carefully packages them. It's important to note that this processing time does not include shipping, which usually takes an average of 3-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping speed.

Depending on the season and specific time frame, processing times may vary. If you're in a hurry to receive your order sooner, feel free to email us to inquire about a rush option, available for an additional fee. We'll do our utmost to accommodate your request if possible!

Return Policy

Antea Amoroso Design has a 10 day quality guarantee. If for some reason your product is less than favorable within 10 days of receiving your item, we will send you a replacement if we feel it is warranted. If that item is not in stock at that time, you will be given store credit in the full amount of that item. Please email Orders@AnteaAmorosoDesign.com with a photo of your item and the reason for your replacement request and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Due to the personalized and delicate nature of Antea Amoroso Design's products, all of our items are final sale and not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Handling

PACKAGING:

All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS & FedEx. Curbside Contactless Pick Up options are available for local orders. Pick up orders do not process faster than shipped orders. Once your package is picked up via USPS/FedEx/UPS it is out of our control and we cannot control the speed or time frame for shipping. 

SHIPPING:

We hand pack all of our items with care at our local studio in Reading, MA. We use the highest quality packaging materials to ensure the safest transit possible. Antea Amoroso Design is not responsible for items damaged during the delivery process. Please contact your local mail carrier if your item arrives damaged. We offer local curbside pickup for your convenience! 

Antea Amoroso Design is not liable for goods lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

Delivery Policies

WRONG DELIVERY + NON DELIVERY:

We will not be held responsible for orders being delivered to "wrong" or "old addresses" a customer has on file. All shipping labels are generated directly from the system information entered by the customer and at no time will we alter addresses unless specifically requested by the customer, before the order has been printed. In the event that your order is sent back to us and marked as "Undeliverable As Addressed", you will be required to pay another shipping fee. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses, as provided by the buyer, will not be reprinted and/or reshipped at the expense of Antea Amoroso Design.

NON DELIVERY:

We cannot track down packages that are marked as delivered, but are "not received". Our best piece of advice is to talk to your neighbors, check next to your porch or back door, and talk to those you live with to make sure they didn't stash it somewhere. Your local post office or FedEx/UPS locations can also help, call and ask to speak to your carrier and ask them where the package was left. They can also help walk you through the investigation process and filing a claim for your package. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

Caring for Your Goods

We suggest keeping all items inside away from the elements, and spraying your item every few months with an acrylic sealant to protect longevity of your products. Store safely in a cloth bag or bubble wrap. Order Touch-ups

If over time, your hand-lettered items could use a little refresh, don't worry! We offer touch-up services for an additional fee, tailored to the specific item and design. Reach out to us at orders@anteaamorosodesign.com with details about your item, and we'll provide assistance in ensuring it looks as good as new. Please note that while we can touch up many items, some may not be suitable for touch-ups and might require a new purchase for the best outcome. We're here to guide you through the process and find the perfect solution for your personalized piece.
