The Lettering for Love Project:
When the Covid-19 crisis hit and small businesses around Reading were forced to close their doors — my heart tore straight down the middle. I couldn't sit back and idly watch the backbone of our community suffer. I had to do something — anything.
Lettering for Love was my way of giving back to a community that has supported me for so long – and that continues to do so. Providing complementary lettering installments with inspirational messages on windows around our town was a simple way I could spread love, cheer and joy. The project that started in 2020 has since spread over 10+ US States, featuring 20+ Lettering Artist and over 300+ small business storefronts & windows; watch and learn more about the project here!
As we embark upon the 3 year anniversary of this special heartfelt project, I have decided to bring back my love of window lettering to nearby communities and local businesses! If you are interested in having your storefront lettered, please read all about the process below:
I have allotted a certain amount of slots for each month that I have open depending on scheduled events and my family schedule to be able to dedicate to window lettering! You can select from the drop down menu the Month that you are interested in having your window lettered and we will contact you for details and location, and our availability for that month to schedule your lettering date!
Window lettering design fee includes cost of one inspirational phrase or message on your storefront or business exterior window in choice of white or colored ink ($50) additional fee for colored designs). All my designs are hand lettered on site using acrylic ink that can withstand the elements (some of my Lettering for Love project windows lasted over TWO years!!) Designs are approximately 24-48" tall/wide, with lettering large enough to be seen as people drive or walk by storefronts!
Each window design includes a complimentary flyer about the project and 30 Signature Lettering for Love Project vinyl stickers for you and your customers to have to place on water bottles/laptops etc! ($150 value)
Fine Print:
-Windows must be cleaned and ready for lettering at scheduled time of arrival
-Window area must be able to be lettered without use of ladder access
-Window must be able to be lettered during week day hours only, no weekends
Please note: additional fees apply for travel outside of Reading, MA surrounding towns. Additional fee applies to larger approved window designs as well.
